Jamie is a true professional and delivers on her promises. She is hands on and communicative with her clients, there was no assistant barrier and I appreciated direct contact with her. She provided updates, followed up as expected and explained the process as simply as possible. It’s been a long road since my accident but I’m walking away feeling compensated and whole thanks to her representation. Mrs. Ballard provided me with excellent service. She responds to ANY question in a timely manner. She answers her telephone whenever need be (even late night/early mornings). She will negotiate her hardest so you can have a decent settlement after fees. Also her receptionist Tina is the sweetest lady you will ever meet. Thanks again!!!
