Mrs. Ballard provided me with excellent service. She responds to ANY question in a timely manner. She answers her telephone whenever need be (even late night/early mornings). She will negotiate her hardest so you can have a decent settlement after fees. Also her receptionist Tina is the sweetest lady you will ever meet. Thanks again!!!
